Laboratory
Phoenix Concrete Products strictly follows the regulations of Dubai Municipality Standard DMS 1 : Part 1, Part 2, Part 4 & Part 5 and has its own laboratory with all equipments in order to carry out the required tests which are done regularly to ensure control & deliver the quality products
- All our Product samples are collected randomly from each lot and tested for Compressive Strength, Dimension, Weight, Density & Moisture Content at our Laboratory.
- Raw Materials like Aggregate, Sand & Cement are tested at our Laboratory to maintain and control the Quality of the Products.
- As per Dubai Municipality Third Party Product Certification Scheme through Factory Assessment, random samples are tested at our laboratory. The Certificate of Compliance (COC) issued by Phoenix is submitted to the Customers along with material delivery.
- We are also testing our products regularly in Dubai Central Laboratory (DCL) & Private Laboratories to check the Quality of the Products and comply with Dubai Municipality Standards.
